adding pegmixer (and BOSLA2) as submodules

This one's going to take a bit, mostly because library handling is still being figured out. I like git submodules, but we'll need something in the readme for both new people and everyone who already has a copy. |

I needed a solution to mount Gridfinity parts onto my pegboard, but most existing designs weren't compatible with my setup.
This pull request adds a customizable pegboard mounting plate to the baseplate design, with an optional feature for strengthening the mount using gussets.
It depends on pegmixer for customizable pegs, which in turn requires BOSLA2. Both dependencies are included as submodules.
Printed part images are provided as a reference.
