Adds a base_locations option to optionally allow skipping creating bases in the center of the grid.
Reduces print times and saves plastic for larger bins.

Of note: Unless you enable supports, printing these bins is limited by your printers bridging ability. I had no problems with 3x3 corners only on a MK3, but larger than this needed supports added; which eats into the time/plastic saving.
