Adds a base_locations option to optionally allow skipping creating bases in the center of the grid.
Reduces print times and saves plastic for larger bins.

Inspired by this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/gridfinity/comments/1ixpp3z/i_didnt_print_all_of_the_base_squares_for_a_bin/

I also:

  • Added a requirements.txt to make running tests easier
  • Added support for running tests on macOS

Of note: Unless you enable supports, printing these bins is limited by your printers bridging ability. I had no problems with 3x3 corners only on a MK3, but larger than this needed supports added; which eats into the time/plastic saving.
