Originally introduced to deal with different Acts versions, but we now
only use versions which have the new target definitions

Explicitly state all source files

GLOB is nice to have, but doesn't automatically pick up new files
without re-running CMake. Explicitly stating the files here gives us
much better control over what is actually built
