This PR adds a complete translation of the repository's README.md into Kannada, making the 33 JavaScript concepts more accessible to Kannada-speaking developers.

Changes Made

• Translated all text sections, including the Introduction, Table of Contents, and detailed explanations for each of the 33 concepts.
• Preserved original structure, links, code snippets, and formatting (e.g., Markdown syntax).
• Translated article/video descriptions where applicable, but kept URLs and technical terms accurate.
• Added the translation link to the Community section in the main README.md.

Why This Matters

The original repository is a valuable resource for learning JavaScript. This translation expands its reach to non-English speakers, aligning with the project's goal of helping developers master JS concepts.
