addtool: Do an interactive 'git add' using your preferred editor.

Usage: 'addtool <files...>' or omit files to add all local changes.

Based on Stuart Berg's add-with-mergetool, but tweaked the way I like it where
you push changes "rightwards" to add them to the commit.
