Fix Dropbox daemon version 86.4.146

Currentry latest dropbox daemon doesn't work with Alpine Linux., due to shared library compatibility issues.
So, I have fixed the version to 86.4.146 temporarily.
And once it works, this container saves dropboxd archive and it's cli script to ~/.dropbox/archive/.

Compatible with Dropbox 86.4.146

Compatible with the latest Dropbox version

• Run with Dropbox version 86.4.146
• Disabled file system check for limiting Ext4, because the latest Dropbox can use xfs.
