I would rather fix the broken test instead of the just disabling it. |

I agree. However I didn't have time to figure out how to fix it when I was packaging this for conda-forge. Plus conda-forge requires all patches be sent upstream so here it is. If you do figure out a fix, would be very appreciative. |

Temporarily disable
test_binomial_sampleuntil the numerical error can be properly addressed.
