スキルが増えて「どれを使うか覚えられない」問題への軽量な discoverability 対策。README と CLAUDE.md を現状（実行系3＋分析系4）に整合させ、選択ガイドを刷新します。
なぜ
dialectic-loop（v0.35.0）とcontradiction-lift（v0.36.0）が追加されたが、README/CLAUDE.md の一覧・使い分けが古いまま（"4つのスキル" のまま、構造ツリー・自動起動リストも未反映）。変更
/dialectic-loop・/contradiction-lift節を追加検証

明示的な router/selector スキルは今回見送り（自然文ルーティング＋比較表でまず対応）。必要になれば「見えるメニュー＋対話トリアージ」に特化した薄い selector を別途検討。
