Canonical rollback action is unified as return_to_pooling. Pool rollback is now lock-safe and transactional in views.py: row lock on the target pool lane/link checks done inside the same transaction rollback blocked if loaded > 0 or lane links exist Backend now enforces flowcell-load invariants in serializers.py: unique lane names every lane references a valid non-archived pool per-pool remaining load capacity pool readiness lane-capacity fit single read-length consistency (semantic by read-length name) Added regression tests
