Parent-death-triggered cleanup of OCI containers via label sweep. v1 ships protocol types and the per-container sweep executor that calls ociman::Container::remove_force on each match. ociman additions to support mreaper: - serde::Serialize on backend::Selection - serde::Serialize + Deserialize on Backend (sent over the wire so the child does not re-resolve and risk picking a different backend than the parent) Workspace bumps semver to features = ["serde"] (Backend carries semver::Version).
