Plugin installation

By default, we provide rlua-54(lua runtime) to encourage you to download only the programing language you need to save precious space.

For reference, rlua-54 is about 0.7MiB and gcc-13 is about 150Mib, setting gcc-13 as default would quadra the disk space required

If you are on x86_64(x64-v2), chances are that the compiled lauguage plugin just work, the only thing you need to do is download and place the folder(you have to unzip it) alongside ./backend
