Revised snackbar messages for specific user states:
No menu uploaded: “Menu not uploaded yet. Kindly contact your mess secretary.”
User not registered: “You are not registered. Kindly contact MDGSpace.”
Added support for rebate visibility from previous years to enhance historical transparency. (Solved: #273 #267)
