Description
This PR upgrades project dependencies in line with Google Play's upcoming target SDK requirements and maintains compatibility with latest AndroidX libraries.
Key Changes
Minimum Target SDK: Bumped from 31 to 35 (Android 15)
AGP Version: Updated to 8.6.1 for latest tooling improvements
Minimum Compile SDK: Set to 35 to align with target SDK and support new APIs
