This is an quick and dirty solution for #258 - migrating Peek Help from Internet Explorer-based browser to WebView2.
I tested it locally in Visual Studio 2022 17.14.19 where it appears to be working, no idea about other versions.
The code is far from ideal, just quick and dirty refactor. I am willing and want to improve the code (e.g., get rid of the WinForms hosting and use WebView2 directly in WPF), but am unsure about the state of this project - whether it is not dead. So please do let me know if my further work on this would not go in vain and I'll be happy to improve this☺️
Moreover this also updates the anchoring used on Microsoft Learn as the currently-used
#contentfrom old MSDN pages does no longer provide deemed results.
