PS Script to identify the Subscription status of Bulk Registration for SQL Resource provider. Can be supplied with a list of subscription id's "-SubscirptionList" or no subscriptions to check status of all available subscriptions. Optional switch of "-AddBulkScript" will output to console a script for Bulk Registration script at ./RegisterSubscriptionsToSqlVmAutomaticRegistration.ps1
