Update ledger repo ref; fix device discovery and reconnection

1. Update ledger repo ref to the latest one, where TxOutputData got the change_path field (which indicates that the output is a change one).
2. Improve device discovery - the wallet will now iterate over all available devices and try each one, instead of arbitrarily selecting a single one and failing when it's non-functional.
3. Fix reconnection after the device was physically disconnected and reconnected again.

I also updated some crates to fix cargo-deny errors
