# RFC Compliance Mode Implementation - COMPLETION REPORT

The RFC compliance mode implementation has been **successfully completed**. All planned core features have been implemented, tested, and documented. The library now supports 5 RFC compliance modes ranging from strict RFC compliance to legacy backward compatibility.
