Keep the Ko-fi avatar reference usable
When pnpm sponsors:generate runs, sponsorkit.config.js reads every avatarPath from docs/content/public/assets/sponsors/kofi-supporters.json; that JSON still points to docs/content/public/assets/Sponsor's avatar/ミカ.jpg, but this commit replaces the file with this .avif, so the generator now fails with ENOENT before sponsor assets can be regenerated. Update the JSON reference and add .avif to the MIME map, or keep the JPEG alongside the new asset.
