This pr:

  • Adds the ability for the linode solver to fetch the linode api key from a kubernetes secret
  • Update go version, alpine version, and dependencies

Needs testing.

I tried using it on my Kubernetes 1.31.3 version, and it failed in the same way, only directly putting the API key into the yaml file works for me.
