Fix releated to broken race_nos - fixing the script alltogether. Before the script didn't work and instead race_nos2 (reworked script) from mta community needed to be used for this.

You can have multiple files in 1 PR.
You can even do this in GitHub online. Create a new branch and use the text editor to make the changes and commit them to that branch, then open a PR here to merge that branch to multitheftauto:master...
