Kopierer inntektrapportering til oppgave og implementerer bekreftelse. Gjør expand-contract for å ikkje brekke eksisterende funksjonalitet i påvente av at endringen kan tas inn i verdikjeden.
Lager et nytt interface for uttalelse med fritekst for uttalelse fra bruker (som kan vere null) og en boolean som seier om bruker har godtatt endringen.
