At that point, shouldn't it run on a hyper? The prowler currently also runs on a hyper. |

That is a valid point, however as that "changes" the shuttle, i personally want the author/maintainer to do the change. |

In my opinion, this seems like a good quick fix until the author/maint can make the swap to a hyper, if that's what they want to do. |

About the PR
Proposed change by InaRaincoat to up default power generation from default SUPERPACMAN to 45kW.
I am acting as the implementer of the proposed change.
Changes only default Target Power, and nothing else.

Quoted in About section.
Technical details
adds a fuel generator component to the generator.
How to test
Spawn a Hypnos, it SHOULD start with the generator set to 45kW.
