The final MultiQC report has a general stats summary at the top. For the SortMeRNA results, the percentage is reported for read2 only. See rRNA column towards the left.
It is my understanding that the results are for the sample and not on a per read basis. Please see the image below. Is this expected behavior (reporting for read2 only) or should this information be in the sample row rather than the individual reads rows? The pipeline had no errors and completed as expected, as far as I can tell. Thanks!
