Add a note that proxy_cache_valid, fastcgi_cache_valid, scgi_cache_valid, and uwsgi_cache_valid accept an optional ms suffix for millisecond precision (e.g. 100ms). Ref: nginx/nginx#1156 Made-with: Cursor
