throughout an assembly. It is always assumed to be false without this feature. Also add the ability to specify the case preservation of all members of a type through ScriptName.PreserveCase property on the type.

Add ability to specify the default member case preservation to be used throughout an assembly. The compiler always defaults to not preserving member casing without this feature.
Also add the ability to specify the case preservation of all members of a type through ScriptName.PreserveCase property on the type.
