This PR addresses issue #181 by
Scoped report generation to use subject-specific reportlet directories when available, preventing cross-subject contamination in HTML outputs.
Added a regression test ensuring the selected subject’s reportlets are the only ones passed into report assembly even when similarly named subjects exist.
