I'm getting the error "This microSD card is being used by another Nintendo Switch console (...)" after moving my card between consoles! How can I fix it without reformatting?

Simply put your microSD card into your computer and delete your Nintendo folder. Note that this will erase any games you've downloaded to the SD card in Horizon OS, so be sure to re-download any games you had.
