Proposes a clean-slate pass over nono, nono-cli, and nono-proxy before the 1.0.0 cut: execute scheduled deprecations, remove every remove_by="indefinite" alias, resolve dead_code allows in nono-cli, drop unused public API in nono, fix the AGENTS.md macOS deny-features mismatch, and add the missing #[must_use] on sandbox-apply calls.
