More customization, more options in waterbug

Hi folks, made a bunch of small additions to the project and waterbug.

Project changes:

• Configurable app name (lunchbox)
• Configurable favicon
• Adjustments to S3 deploy to support different bucket name and public url, also https
• Added editorconfig file

Waterbug changes:

• made crop options configurable
• Changed default crop options to match what Vox.com social team uses, which match what each platform requires
• crops can have different output dimensions (not limited to 1000px width)
• Added options to change the logo and credit text positions. Can now move the logo and credit to any corner of the image

Thanks, I'll take a look at this next week and probably have some feedback at that point. Changes look reasonable from here, though.
