- Removes an empty example element from a container topic, in some renderings this caused an empty "Example" heading
- Going through draft-comments (both actual and commented out), resolving as many as I can. This led to several in comments, which were part of obsolete commented out sections (often including older language, where the newer language was already reviewed some time ago). Most of those commented sections have been removed.
- Where draft comment indicates more work is needed, added TODO to make it easier to find
