Lots of changes to webgpu here.
https://github.com/gfx-rs/wgpu-native hasn't made a release yet but I already did the update in preparation.
Will make this draft until a release is made there. Also need to update the bundled windows lib at that point.
The person that did the update there did make a release on his fork, which I tested this with https://github.com/ygdrasil-io/wgpu-native/releases/tag/v24.0.0.0.
I did not implement futures in JS, neither did wgpu-native in native, so that should be fine.
