Adds inline Vite plugin configuration to React and Vue starters for seamless Nimiq Web Client integration.

Changes

  • Inline Vite plugin in both react-ts and vue-ts starters with WASM support
  • Configures worker support (opt-out via options.worker = false)
  • Removes vite-plugin-top-level-await dependency (modern browsers support this natively)
