v1.xend up with thelatesttag automatically, this PR adds specific dist-tag to publishes from thev1.xbranch.The dist-tag chosen:
sdk-v1.xto show that the packages are compatible withv1.xts4.4tag as originally planned as lerna errors when using more than one tag.
