grpcio-tools 1.81.1 (latest) requires protobuf<7, conflicting with dependabot's protobuf>=7.35.1 bump (#150). Ignore protobuf majors >=7 until grpcio-tools releases protobuf-7-compatible support. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

protobufto>=7.35.1,<8, butgrpcio-tools1.81.1 (the latest release, used as a dev dependency for codegen/typecheck/tests) still requiresprotobuf<7.0.0,>=6.33.5. This makes the dependency set unresolvable and breaks Typecheck, Tests, and Examples in CI.ignorerule forprotobuf >=7in the/sdkand/examplespip ecosystem so we don't get repeated unresolvable bumps untilgrpcio-toolsships protobuf-7 support.Test plan
