macOS error 12 looks like a zip or apple developer sign issue, was happening since 94 also btw |

Exit code 12 is “zip has nothing to do” according to the link above. |

adding ci_build_pg osx - fix up line spaces, logs, check final git hash, more echos, lets see if observing puts the code into quantum state and no changes |
