Package updates:

  • OPARI2 2.0.8 -> 2.0.9
  • OTF2 3.0.3 -> 3.1.1
  • CubeLib 4.8.2 -> 4.9
  • CubeW 4.8.2 -> 4.9
  • Score-P 8.4 -> 9.0
  • Scalasca 2.6.1 -> 2.6.2

Due to the new Score-P dependency on GOTCHA, also add:

  • GOTCHA v1.0.8

Tested on SUSE Leap 15 with Intel & GNU so far.

I'll split GOTCHA into its own PR. This should help with reviewing the changes here, and may help with the CI to get a bit further.
