• Added missing calls to functions that free memory to correct memory leak.
• m_Array variable's memory managed in NDArrayMessage.
• When receiving data from a socket, handle timeouts differently than errors.
• Bug corrected when increasing m_CurrentReadIndex when just part of the body has been received.
