I don't see Compliance Operator listed as a component in OCPBUGS for Component Readiness there is still a requirement that the components are defined in OCPBUGS.

The "Compliance Operator" component has been moved from OCPBUGS to CMP last year: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CMP-3920
