keystone ldap adoption testing

LDAP adoption testing will add a ldap domain to keystone. This ldap connection will be to the freeipa server setup for tlse environments on a multinode adoption job.

I'm waiting for a openstack-k8s-operators member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
