We dropped the `minimal-raw` image type in RHEL-10 as it wasn't getting use. There's (some) renewed interest in the image type so this commit reintroduces it with a few minor changes from the RHEL-9 version: 1. No separate-`/boot`, we dropped it for most of RHEL-10. 2. Use `reconfigSys` instead of writing the kickstart. 3. No "if greenboot". Signed-off-by: Simon de Vlieger <cmdr@supakeen.com>
