Add Team page design mockup

Description

This PR introduces a design mockup for the Team Stats page created in Figma, saved as a PNG in the docs/ folder. The layout is based on the original team page sketch and follows the same general style of the Home page. It includes placeholder filters, charts, and sections titled "How to Improve/Where to Improve" to show the planned layout for future development. There are no dependencies required for this change.

How Has This Been Tested?

This is only a change in design/documentation. I looked at the PNG to make sure that the layout aligns with the design sketch for the Team page and that the exported image looks clear.
