This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow to check code quality using ESLint when available. The workflow installs dependencies and runs lint checks on JavaScript files, helping maintain clean and consistent code across the RERUM codebase.
This complements recent refactoring efforts and improves overall developer experience without requiring external services.
