This pull request includes an update to the
docs/guides/becoming-a-cna-as-an-open-source-org-or-project.mdfile to provide additional information about Root CNAs and their role in the CVE Program. The most important changes include adding a detailed explanation about Root CNAs, specifically Red Hat's role and contributions, and enhancing the readability of the document with a tip format.Closes #157.
