If any given docs page renders a large markdown table the docs site responsiveness fails
This is documented in the following issue: #398
To circumvent this I put the table as a dropdown item, this limits the responsiveness issue only when the dropdown is selected, not a complete solution but this works for now while also laying out the content in an easier to read format
