This PR adds potential monthly cost savings for some of the analyzed resources by querying the official Azure Retail Prices API.
A value has been added to the output to indicate the potential savings from deleting the resource:
And a new "cost at risk" entry has been included in the cost summary at the bottom:
The core functionality of the tool remains unchanged.
