Short description
In the new notification section, when an user inserts a long pec (greater than 320 characters) as domicile address, an error is shown. This error doesn't have the correct label.

How to test
Login with PA -> go to new notification -> insert a PEC longer than 320 characters -> check that the error is correctly shown
