Please revert the commit that changed all of the paragraphs to subsection - then change all of the paragraphs to subsubsection.

I recommend closing this pull request since you appear to have built your new branch from another branch rather than from an updated main branch.

Separated the double asterisk section in source/sec_git_basics.ptx into its own paragraph and created the necessary , , and tags so this new paragraph would be included in the index section. Fix for Issue #201.
