It looks like pip no longer supports python 3.2, hence the failing test. You might want to consider removing it from your tox environments, or at the very least removing it from the .travis.yml. |

Please bump the minor version and push it out to PyPI. Given the purpose of this project, it's somewhat ironic that the PyPI package is nearly a year out of date.
