Implementation of duplicate check mode

This is a different proposal to improve TDecimate than #51.

What I want to achieve
I want to do only duplicate checks without decimation like mode=4.

• Display a list of duplicate checks similar to mode=0,1 without changing the fps in the source file.
• Display duplicates that correspond to the specified threshold in the range specified by cycle or displayDecimation.
• If cycleR is not specified, all duplicates that correspond to the threshold are displayed.

Purpose of Implementation

• To explore fps for IVTC
• To check for duplicate elimination errors after encoding
