Table Field – Fix!

We’ve just shipped a small (but mighty) update for those of you using the Table Field with React and Vue 👇

🛠 What’s Fixed?

🔑 Key Prop Issue – Until now, the API didn’t provide a key prop for Table Field elements, which led to those annoying console warnings in React and Vue. We’ve updated the API response to include proper key values — so you can say goodbye to the red squiggles in your console.

That’s it for now — as always, feel free to reach out with questions or feedback!

Hey! 👋

We're happy to announce the release of Slice Machine v2.12.0!

Over the last weeks, the team has been focusing on enhancing Prismic link field capabilities to simplify how developers build their links and CTAs. And today is the release of our last improvements for links: links variants

🔗 Links variants

We're upgrading our link field to let developers add variants for content editors to be able to pick a style for their links, say for example between "primary", "secondary", "tertiary", without needing a select field for it.

How to use it?

In Slice Machine, add a link field in one of your slices or Custom Type / Page Type. Open the field settings. By default, the variant feature will not be enabled. Click on the toggle button to enable link variants. Edit the default variants and/or add new variants.

Push your changes to your repository.

In the Page Builder, see that your link field now lets you pick a variant.

How does this simplify your workflow?

Instead of having to manually create a select field in Slice Machine and add your variants inside, you can simply use this new feature in your link fields.
